The 3rd Pan-American Kungfu-Taijiquan Championship, is hosted by the Pan-American Wushu Federation (PAWF) and United States of America Wushu-Kungfu Federation and organized by USA National Tai Chi Wellness Foundation and Li’s Wushu Academy. Representative organizations from 23 countries of the Pan-American Wushu Federation will send their National Kungfu teams to participate in this event, and international Wushu guests will be invited to participate in this martial arts event.
Date: July 11-15, 2019
Registration Date: Preliminary Registration ends by May 20. Final registration ends by June 10.

The recipient of the 2018 Outstanding Wushu Athlete Scholarship is Queenie Lee. She was also selected to be the 2019 Calwushu Team Captain. The NCWAA selects each year an Outstanding Wushu Athlete to receive a scholarship.

Chengdu has put in a bid for the 2021 University Games to FISU. This will mean that Wushu and Sanda will be part of the 31st Universaide. FISU will be going to inspect Chengdu in January to complete the bidding process.
